Welcome to SCARS a feral dog roleplay that takes place in the city after the mass-distruction of the economy. The name of the city is Burgington, where it has been popular for the wandering dogs, and small animals. Large dust storms and tornados pass by at least five (5) times a year.

The season is winter. Its very cold, and there is barely any food around for the dogs. There is few shelter for them to take refuge in. Pretty much every building is caked with snow, or shattered glass allows the cold winds to burst through.Recorded storms are the blizzard. The blizzard is till going on, silently killing few dogs, the lifeless city is engulfed in snow and ice.

Creation! Finally! After reading every little rule we have, you are ready to create your character. Any of the staff members can accept your character, so their is a chance that your character will be accepted within twenty-four (24) hours of completing your character. But, be careful. You can not start roleplaying your character until any staff member accepts your character. Moderator: {S}candal!
Character Logs Ugh, so many characters, so little time! In my opion, searching through a jillion dog bios suck. So, why not create a Character Log, where you can keep up-to-date with all of your dogs, without having to search for very long at all!

This isn't an no-kill pound. Any dog not adopted within a month will be put down.

Maiden's Creek Is your dog pregant? Well, a form is located here for you to post, requesting a prenancy. And, if your pregnancy is accepted, you will be told the due date, ect. The 'graphic breeding' rule is still being debated, so be patient.

Tacitus Gang Tacitus Gang isn't really cruel, but they are sly. They don't want to kill, but they will if it comes to that. The cunning dogs here must like darkness, and are able to leave somedog here. If you fit these requirments, Tacitus Gang is for you.

The Church of Christ is a place where humans neel down, and talk, or read from this book blessed with the name 'Bible'. Latley, they have been discussing Lazara's coming forth from the dead.. I wonder why..
The stained glass windows are absolutley wonderfuly gay colored. They shine, and gleam, with the most wonderful designs and colors. Even the most cold-hearted dog can stare in awe at the paintings.
The walls are a crisp yellow/cream color. The paint isn't peeling, so it is in tip-top shape. The church adminstrators paint the walls every year and a half, so that explains the freshness.
Dogs are always welcome here, which makes this a good place for a dog to rest without being harmed, or even after the late night service people have left, to make a clean murdering. Just make sure to clean up your mess afterward.
In this small town, nothing muc goes on, except rumors, and more rumors. So, what better place than the local cafe to spread the rumors? Its quite peaceful in here, if you come around 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
The food is good, and quite filling if you ask the locals. They serve many things, including coffe, Marshbellow Shakes, and other stuff. The goods are cheap.
The shop has an small giftshop, located at the very back. This is were they get the least amount of their income everyday. The walls are an creamy brown, with a black carpet. Brown shelves filled with candy, and every small childs dream can be fount here. Nothing is to expensive, yet they are reasonably priced.
The hotel was created in 2211. This hotel was an very popular place for couples on honey-moons, as the honey-moon suits have heart shaped beds, and such. You also can order a normal suit, which still includes nice luxuries.
All rooms include cable, free Hi-Speed internet, and room service. Dogs are allowed here, so even if your a stray, you can come.
The hotel is now ran-down from all of these tornados, hurricanes, and such. Even withered, it is still very marvelous. It would be an good place to hide if somebody was trying to murder you..

The County Jail This jail was built in 1953. Along, long time ago. Its walls haven't lossed their freakyness, or even their color. Gaurds are posted everywhere, twenty-four seven. A fence surrounds the jail. A chain, steel fence with spear like tops.
This jail has risen its way to be the top jail in the world, and the most dangreous one to. If you ever stumble upon somebody who has left here, you'd think they were the best people IN THE WORLD.
Dogs come here, and the humans don't mind. The humans beleive that the dogs keep the shattered, and mental people at bay from voilence, ect.. beware of this jail..
